Q: What is your service area?
A: Penticton and area. We will go outside of Penticton for service calls to Osoyoos, Oliver, Summerland, Keremeos and Cawston, but charge an extra fee for mileage. We don’t go as far north as Peachland or Kelowna. Questions? Please phone us to let us know what you need.
Q: We’re renovating our kitchen. Do you accept appliance donations?
A: Yes, provided they are in good shape. We’ll come and have a look at your appliance, and if it’s not older than 10 years (depending on the model and condition) we will take the used appliance away free of charge. This is a win-win situation because we move the appliance so you don’t have to, and we are able to fix the used appliance with financial benefits to others.
Q: Do you sell new appliances?
A: Yes! Although the majority of our products are used, when you’re ready to shop, come and look at our new and used appliances. You’ll find exactly what you need for your kitchen renovation or legal suite, while saving money at the same time.
Q: Can you fix my gas BBQ?
A: No, we don’t offer gas BBQ services.
Q: Can you fix my stand mixer?
A: No. We do not offer small appliance repair services. We will repair microwave ovens when dropped off.
Q: Do you charge for service calls?
A: Service calls are a minimum of $80.00. If you’re outside Penticton, there may be additional mileage charges added to your service call. We don’t want to surprise you with additional costs, so please phone us to discuss your needs. We also accept drop offs of large appliances for repairs and maintenance with the same minimum fee.
Q: Can you fix my microwave?
A: Yes! Bring it in for repairs. We’re the only repair shop in Penticton that fixes microwaves.
Q: Can you fix my natural gas stove? I don’t want to buy a new one.
A: Yes! We repair natural gas and propane stoves but by drop off only.
